Teaching and learning digital content creation training begins

A 12 day training of the trainers on creating and designing digital resources in teaching and learning begins at the college today and is attended by 10 faculty and two ICT staff.

At the opening ceremony, the president of the college shared that establishing a multimedia studio in the college is historic in many ways because it is the second studio within the RUB colleges. He also mentioned that SCE is the first college studio focused on producing educational content. The president also reminded the participants that technology has the power to drive education forward and this is timely. “Our students are mature enough to observe what you will model in the technology integration in your class,” he added.

The multimedia studio establishment and training are provided by creative solutions and the training will come to an end on 29 June 2022.
