Reporting Date for the Students – Spring 2023

This is to inform all old and new students (MEd, PgDE, PgDCCP and BASW) that the reporting date is on 15^th February 2023.

Please note the following important dates and necessary information:

1. 15^th February 2023 – Reporting date for old and new students
2. 16^th February 2023 – Registration for new students and classes begins for old students
3. 17^th February 2023 – Orientation begins for new students
4. 18^th February 2023 – Orientation for new students
5. 20^th February 2023 – Classes begins for new students

FOR GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS (New Admission)

• Registration Form  (download here) and Undertaking Form (download here) must be filled prior to your coming to the College.
• Undertaking Form (download here) for PgDE and PgDCCP RCSC selected candidates
• The UNDERTAKING FORM must be signed by your parents or guardians, without it, admission may be denied.
• For Registration, please bring two PASSPORT size photographs and two LEGAL STAMPS
• Bring duplicate/photocopied version of your class TEN and TWELVE academic TRANSCRIPTS. Original documents must be brought for verification at the time of admission.
• A copy of your school leaving certificate and Citizenship Identity Card should also be submitted.
• A sum of Nu/- 3000 must be deposited at the time of registration as caution money which is refundable at the time of graduation, provided no damages are done to the College properties.
• Registration Fee of Nu/-500 must be deposited at the time of registration.

FOR SELF FINANCE STUDENTS (New Admission)

• Registration Form (download here) and Undertaking Form (download here) must be filled prior to your coming to the College.
• The UNDERTAKING FORM must be signed by your parents or guardians, without it, admission may be denied.
• For Registration, please bring two PASSPORT size photographs and two LEGAL STAMPS
• Bring duplicate/photocopied version of your class TEN and TWELVE academic TRANSCRIPTS. Original documents must be brought for verification at the time of admission.
• A copy of your school leaving certificate and Citizenship Identity Card should also be submitted.
• The first Installment of Self-Funding fee is Nu. 36263/- and it must be paid at the time
  of registration. Without depositing your first installment, you may be denied admission.
• A sum of Nu/- 3000 must be deposited at the time of registration as caution money
  which is refundable at the time of graduation, provided no damages are done to the
  College properties.
• Registration Fee of Nu/-500 must be deposited at the time of registration.
• Students availing mess facility will be charged Nu/- 2000 per month. For more
