Reporting Dates for Autumn Semester 2026

The College is pleased to inform all students of the reporting schedule for the Autumn Semester 2026.

Reporting Schedule

  • Master of Contemplative Counselling (MACC)and B.Ed. First-Year (New Students): 28 July 2026
  • Registration: 29 July 2026
  • Orientation Programme: 30–31 July 2026
  • B.Ed. Second, Third and Fourth-Year Students:1 August 2026
  • M.Ed. First-Year Students: 8 August 2026

Instructions for MACC and B.Ed. First-Year (New) Students

All new students are requested to take note of the following:

  • Registration Form (download here) and Undertaking Form (download here) must be completed before reporting to the College.
  • The Undertaking Form must be signed by your parent(s) or guardian(s) and submitted during registration to complete the admission process.
  • Bring two passport-size photographs and two legal stamps for registration.
  • Submit photocopies of your Class X and Class XII academic transcripts. Original documents must be presented for verification during admission.
  • Submit a photocopy of your School Leaving Certificate and Citizenship Identity Card (CID).
  • A sum of Nu.5000/- must be deposited at the time of registration as caution moneywhich is refundable at the time of graduation, upon the submission of No Dues Certificate.
  • Registration Fee of Nu.500/- must be deposited at the time of registration.
  • Student Identity Card: Nu. 300
  • Sickle (facilitated by the College): Nu. 200
  • Prayer Book: Nu. 200

Items for Personal Use

Students are advised to bring the following:

  • Gho/Kira (as required)
  • Kabney/Rachu
  • One bucket and one jug
  • Mattress, quilt/blanket, pillow, bed sheets, etc.
  • Light clothing suitable for the hot and humid weather
  • Window curtains
  • Plate, cup and spoon
  • Umbrella
  • Mosquito net
  • Personal laptops although students will have access to College Computer Labs.
