Samtse College of Education joyfully marked the 45th birth anniversary of His Majesty The King with deep reverence and celebration. Faculty, staff, and students gathered for a special prayer ceremony, offering Zhabten and heartfelt prayers for His Majesty’s good health, long life, and continued prosperity.

The event began with the recitation of prayers, as the College community stood united in expressing unwavering loyalty and gratitude for His Majesty’s visionary leadership. A modest cake-cutting ceremony brought a cheerful spirit to the celebration. Following the prayers, faculty and staff joined the larger celebrations at the public ground, participating alongside the Samtse Dzongkhag community, which featured cultural performances and traditional offerings that honored His Majesty’s dedication to the nation’s progress and well-being.

As the celebration concludes, the SCE family renews its heartfelt prayers and best wishes for His Majesty’s long life and continued guidance in leading the nation toward a future of happiness and prosperity.
