Participate in the Open Competition – Celebrate the 116th National Day with Your Creative Expression
The College is pleased to extend an invitation to all school students, College students, graduates, civil servants, entrepreneurs and private individuals in Samtse Dzongkhag to contribute and showcase your creative talents by participating in the Open Competition, a vibrant event that marks the celebration of the 116th National Day. This collaboration is a result of our partnership with Samtse Dzongkhag.
This year’s overarching theme is ‘Our Future, Our Responsibility.‘ However, we encourage you to explore your creativity within the framework of the following sub-themes:

- A Rededication to Nation building
- Leadership of the Kings of Bhutan
- Kings as the Symbol of Sovereignty and Security
- Uniqueness and Special Character of being a Bhutanese

- Believe’ as the National Tourism Tagline
- Education in the Digital Age

You have the freedom to express your thoughts through a Poem, Essay, or Video Essay (Note: Group submissions are welcomed for video essays).
The most exceptional three entries in each category will be recognized with cash prizes and a certificate of appreciation. Furthermore, these selected works will be featured in the upcoming 3rd edition of ‘Brainwaves: Creative Callings,’ a publication set to be released during the 116th National Day celebrations in Samtse Dzongkhag.
