Philosophy of Work:
My philosophy of work centres on creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to develop their academic abilities, confidence, and lifelong learning skills. I believe in learner-centred teaching that recognises diverse learning needs and promotes active participation, critical thinking, collaboration, and reflection. As an educator, I value continuous professional development and evidence-informed teaching, with a strong commitment to improving the quality of language education through research and innovation. I also believe in fostering a collegial work environment built on collaboration, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. Going forward, my focus will be on strengthening teaching and learning practices, supporting student development, contributing to research and knowledge creation, and building meaningful partnerships within and beyond the university.
