I give 100 percent in everything I do. Whether I am troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, or providing timely support to students and faculty, I approach each task with focus and diligence. My aim is to deliver solutions that are not only efficient but also sustainable, ensuring that the technological backbone of the college remains robust and reliable.

Diploma in Information Management System from Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Semtokha, Thimphu

With 12 years of comprehensive work experience in overseeing and optimizing systems, servers, and network operations, I have developed a deep understanding of the critical role technology plays in education. My expertise spans the setup, configuration, and maintenance of complex ICT infrastructures. Over the years, I have honed my ability to anticipate and resolve technical challenges, ensuring uninterrupted access to essential digital resources. This experience has equipped me to provide proactive and responsive support, fostering trust and reliability within the college.
