Professional/Work Experience:

I have joined my first service as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant at Samtse College of Education under Royal University of Bhutan on 1st March 2016.

Following are the experiences I have obtained upon serving as a Personal Assistant since 2016 till date:

  • Administrative support: Administering daily office operations;

Support the President at meetings, workshops and conferences and other events with key partners; Facilitate effective conduct of College Management Committee, Semester Review and Semester Planning meetings, manage meetings protocols and procedures, generate agenda and minutes of the meetings;

Serve as a first point of contact for the President with people from both inside and outside the College;

Receive, sign for and acknowledge the receipt of postal packages on behalf of the President; Arrange hospitality and documents for meetings as requested.

Support the President in his daily administrative, planning and execution, and travel (including reservations and itineries) related matters by maintaining a calendar of schedules, events and meetings.

 

  • HR Management support:

Organize HR management works such as promotion, recruitment, leave, retirements & transfer; Maintain information/statistics of the College staff;

Liaise with other organization with regard to administrative matters Draft letters/correspondence related to HR and Administrative activities

Maintain an updated list of Inventory and incoming purchase & supplies and maintain stock register
