Mr. Man Singh Singer, Lecturer

Philosophy of teaching and learning:

Teaching and learning are lifelong journey and is not limited only to classroom setting but it happens in any other conducive environment. I belief that teaching and learning will be best when teachers and students are in comfort zone. It is the responsibility of a teacher to bring the students in comfort zone before we teach inside or outside the class room.  Also, by knowing that each learner has different strengths with different learning needs and ability, it is the responsibility of a teacher to facilitate student in gaining knowledge, skills, and critical thinking by implementing various innovative teaching strategies. Moreover, the positive and conducive environment along with teachers support creates a good environment for student’s lifelong learning.
