Philosophy of teaching and learning:

Each individual has the right to be treated with dignity and have access to a holistic learning experience. As an educator in contemplative counselling, it is essential to hold the view of brilliant sanity and recognize the three qualities of brilliant sanity to empower students to change their perception and overcome their confusion.

As an educator it is important to demonstrate and “Be the change you wish to see in the world” (Mahatma Gandhi).

Academic/Educational Qualification:

M.A in Counseling. Health Sciences, Curtin University of Technology, Perth Western Australia.

Diploma in Counselling, National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi.

Attended International Conference on Emerging Social Work Practices and Education (ICESWPE2019). Organised by Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan.

Attended Buddhist Social Work Workshop on theme “We will do this” this year as the first step based on the working definition of Buddhist Social Work, Organized by Institute of Social Work Education for Buddhist Monks (ISWEBM) and Asian Research Institute for International Social Work (ARIISW). at Sky View Hotel, Kandy, Sri Lanka.

Teach and train Counsellors, Conduct mindfulness session and provide Supervision to the Postgraduate Diploma in Contemplative counselling and Psychology and Master in Arts Contemplative Counseling Psychology.
