Mr. Tandin Penjor, Lecturer

Philosophy of teaching and learning:

As a teacher educator, I conduct myself with professionalism, continue to learn and desire to make significant contributions in the field of physics education. I use my knowledge and experience to generate interest in the student by connecting complex concepts to examples from their daily life. I also encourage and help the students to engage in critical thinking, investigation, experimentation and solving challenging problems. Above all, I set very high standards and expectations for each and every one of my students to raise their potentials and prepare them to be a good teacher.
