Mr. Ramesh Kumar Chhetri, Lecturer

Philosophy of teaching and learning:

I believe that teaching is a lifelong learning process and every day is a new learning experience for every teacher. I teach subjects like history, history education, pedagogical principles and methods, curriculum studies, and education for development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels but in the process I too learn something new every day. I am passionate about teaching and making a difference in children’s lives. All children are unique with varied abilities and learning styles and I seek to inspire them in all aspects of their lives by helping them to develop their potentials. I always believe in inclusive classroom with positive learning environment where each child feel welcomed, comfortable and safe.
