Mr. Chenga Dorji, Lecturer

Philosophy of teaching and learning:

Chenga Dorji (Master in Computer Science) is a teacher educator and is currently IT subject leader of Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan. He has taught IT electives, educational technology, ICT in education, functional information technology, educational assessment and evaluation, elementary algebra, teaching skills and teaching strategy and life skills courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

He has ten years of teaching experiences at tertiary education. He has participated in the conferences, workshops and seminars at college, national and international level related to the ICT in Education. He is also actively engaged in research works and programme development in the college. He believes that the act of teaching must result good human being who loves and takes care family, friends, community, society and mother earth at large. He is passionate about reforming education in the world to address the global emerging issues.
