Philosophy of teaching and learning:
My philosophy of teaching and learning is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Additionally, I believe that a teacher should be a guide by the side and not a sage on stage.

- Doctor of Philosophy: University of New England, Australia
- MEd in Curriculum Studies: University of New Brunswick, Canada
- Bachelors in Education: Samtse College of Education
Professional experience:
- Lecturer at Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan since 2013
- Lecturer at Paro College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan from 2010-2012
- Worked as a teacher for 13 years both in the primary, middle secondary and higher secondary schools
- Developed C4D materials for UNICEF
- Writer for the English Curriculum (Class PP-IV) for Bhutan
- Conducted workshops at the school and national levels on English curriculum
