His Excellency, the Chairperson of the National Council Visits the College
On 19th April, 2019 the College received His ExcellencyDasho Tashi Dorji, the Chairperson of the National Council, and officials from the Parliament of Bhutan.
His Excellency, the Chairperson of the National Council conducted an advocacy programme to the students and staff of SCE about the roles and responsibilities of National Council in the Parliament of Bhutan. He also highlighted on how National Council is different from National Assembly and the law making process and procedures the country.
His Excellency emphasized on being able to understand and critique the work of the law making body which will be taken into consideration with positive mind.
