Orientation Programme for the New Students

The college conducted orientation programme for the new cohort of Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Contemplative Counselling and Psychology, and Master of Education in Science and Mathematics students. The main objectives of the orientation programme were to formally welcome the new students to SCE family and to familiarize them to

Academic, Research and Services opportunities in the college. It was also an opportunity for the faculty to individually introduce themselves to the students.

In the morning, the programme began with the welcome note by the officiating President, followed by the presentation to academic opportunities by the Dean of Academic Affairs, research opportunities by Dean of Research and Industrial Linkages, and students services by Dean  of Student Affairs. In the afternoon, respective programme leaders presented their programmes to the students.

There are 48 M. Ed, 80 PgDE and 41 PgDCCP students in the new cohort.
