17th 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻

All graduates of Samtse College of Education registered to attend the 17^th Convocation of the Royal University of Bhutan, scheduled on 17^th June 2026 at the Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha, are kindly requested to collect their graduation gowns on 15^th June 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu.

A security deposit of Nu. 1,500/- (Cash) is required at the time of gown collection. Of this amount, Nu. 1,200/- will be refunded upon return of the gown, while Nu. 300/- will be retained as a gown usage fee.

All graduates are also required to attend a mandatory dress rehearsal on 16^th June 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Multipurpose Hall, Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha.

We kindly request all employing agencies to grant necessary leave to graduates to facilitate their participation in the Convocation Ceremony.
