The initiative witnessed active participation from students across various academic programmes, who created short, creative, and informative TikTok videos addressing key health topics such as personal hygiene, disease prevention, mental health, and the role of science in healthcare. Through these contributions, students not only demonstrated creativity but also played an important role in disseminating health-related messages within the college community and beyond.

The submitted videos were shared on TikTok, generating engagement through views, likes, comments, and shares. This interactive approach fostered awareness and encouraged dialogue on important health issues among peers.

The programme commenced with a brief address delivered in recognition of World Health Day, highlighting the importance of maintaining good health and the role of science in enhancing quality of life. Students were encouraged to adopt healthy lifestyles and make informed decisions grounded in scientific understanding.

A prize distribution ceremony was subsequently held to recognise outstanding performances. Cash awards were presented to the best videos, and the session concluded with a photo session capturing moments with organisers, participants, and winners.

An evening session was also organised for Red Cross Club members, during which reflectors were distributed to promote safety awareness. A brief presentation emphasised the importance of health, safety, and well-being in daily life. The session concluded with light refreshments and a final photo session, marking the successful completion of the programme.

Despite minor challenges, including limited time for video creation, technical issues related to uploading, and constraints in monitoring engagement metrics, the programme was successfully implemented. These challenges did not significantly affect the overall outcome of the event.

Overall, the TikTok Challenge served as an innovative and engaging platform for promoting health awareness among students. By integrating creativity, technology, and education, the initiative reinforced the importance of scientific approaches to health and encouraged the responsible use of social media, leaving a positive impact on the SCE community.
