Note
All candidates must sit for the written examination. The marks secured in written examination for the various post will be taken into consideration for shortlisting purposes for viva-voce and will not have any weightage in the final selection.
A maximum of 5 candidates will be shortlisted for viva-voce based on the merit of marks secured in the written examination.
Final selection will depend fully on the performance of candidates in the viva-voce interview.
Candidates may appeal to the HR section latest by 18th August 2023 for any grievances related to shortlisting at 365273 during office hours.
Announcement for Written Examination:
All shortlisted candidates will sit through one written examination paper: three sections i.e., English Communication, Dzongkha Communication and Technical questions for the post of ICT officer, and two sections i.e., English communication and Dzongkha communication questions for the post of administrative and finance officers.
All shortlisted candidates are requested to report for written examination along with your original Citizenship Identity Card and necessary stationeries including calculator, as per the following schedule:
