Tashi Delek and Hearty Congratulations to Mr. Tashi Dawa and Mr. Thinley Dorji, B.Ed graduates of Samtse College of Education for their success in the 2019 BCSE. Tashi Dawa, who has graduated with a B.Ed in Primary secured a second position from the General B.Ed category and Thinley Dorji, a B.Ed Secondary graduate has topped from amongst the B.Ed Secondary graduates who sat for the 2019 BCSE. Considering their excellent track record of academic performance in the College and exemplary personality traits and attributes, their performance in the BCSE does not surprise us at all. The family of Samtse College of Education joins Tashi and Thinley and their family members in celebrating this special achievement.

The College would also like to take this opportunity to extend our special Tashi Delek to all those graduates who have successfully made it through the BCSE to secure a teaching position in the public school system.
