Philosophy of teaching and learning:
My teaching and learning philosophy is anchored upon a principle, “A place devoid of teachers is deprived of attaining Buddhahood” which was propounded by one of the greatest spiritual master, Penchen Naropa (1016-1100). My mind, speech and action in any process of teaching learning is always in proximity to the core concepts of Bhutanese traditional values “ Tha Damtshig and Ley Jumdrey”.
