Registration of new Students (MEd, PgDE &amp; PgDCCP) \u2013 26th February 2022<\/p>\n<p>2. Orientation programme for MEd, PgDE &amp; PgDCCP Students \u2013 28th February &amp; 1st March 2022<\/p>\n<p>3.<strong> Bring the following documents at the time of registration:<\/strong><br \/>\na) Photocopy of degree Certificates and Marksheet<br \/>\nb) Copy of the Citizenship Identity Card or Certification of Citizenship issued by the Department of Civil<br \/>\nRegistration and Census, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs.<br \/>\nc) TWO recent Passport photographs<br \/>\nd) ONE legal stamp.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Tuition fees and accommodation for self-financed students:<\/strong><br \/>\na. Tuition fee for self-financed student is Nu.71,104\/- (Seventy- one thousand one hundred and four only) per year. A student can pay tuition fees in full or in two installments of Nu. 35,552 per semester (thirty-five thousand five hundred and fifty-two only) at the time of registration.<br \/>\nb. Hostel accommodation and mess facilities will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>c. <strong>Self-financed students will be required to make the following payments:<\/strong><br \/>\ni.\u00a0 Nu. 2,000.00 per month for food in the College mess<br \/>\nii. Nu.350.00 per month for hostel accommodation<br \/>\niii. Nu.50.00 per month for electricity<br \/>\niv. Nu.35.00 per month as contributions for the Student Welfare Fund<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All payments mentioned in 4c, i, ii, iii, &amp; iv will need to be paid at the beginning of the semester in lump sum amount.<br \/>\nThe same fees for hostel accommodation, food in the College mess, electricity charges shall be levied to all government scholarship students also.<\/p>\n<p>5. Other fees and collections<\/p>\n<p>Refundable security deposit of Nu.3,000.00 will be collected from both the government scholarship and self-financed students at the time of registration. The security deposit shall be refunded at the time of graduation from the College.<\/p>\n<p>Non-refundable registration fee of Nu.500.00 will be collected from both government scholarship and self-financed students at the time of registration.<\/p>\n<p>For any queries and further assistance, please contact the Dean of Academic Affairs at 17651308 for academic matters and the Dean of Student Affairs at 17676344 for non-academic matters during working hours.
