-He joined Government Service on July 18th,1974 in the Department of Agriculture,Ministry of Development.He was transfered to NIE,Paro on deputation and served as lecturer from Feburary 22nd,2001.On April 13th,2005 he was trasfered to Samtse College Of Education and still serving as senior lecturer of Agriculture and Social Forestry.

-B.Sc(Agri),Orissa Agri University,Bhubaneswar
-PG Dip(Agri),Agri University Of Norway,Oslo
-Masters Dip in Dev planning,Centre for Development Studies,Pune,India.
