The Dzangkha Department of, SCE, Samtse offers Dzongkha for communication(DFC)for Bachelor of Secondary Education (B.Ed Sec.),Pgde and Dzongkha Primary Curriculum (teaching of Dzongkha three modules and Environmental studies) for Bachelor of Primary Education (B.Ed Pry.) and Diglam Namzha to all the trainee teachers. We always ensure to keep the standard of the Royal University of Bhutan and make them professionally competent.

Aims and Objectives

The Department of Dzongkha, SCE, Samtse of the College aims to:

• encourage a true love for the national identity.
• raise the standard of both written and spoken language in Dzongkha.
• improve communication skills to make the student teachers confident . • build up the ability to be role model communicators.
• help the student teachers to be as perfect as possible as good teachers in Dzongkha by providing them with and drilling them in a variety of teaching methodologies.
• enable the student teachers to teach their students how to maintain the country’s culture, tradition, right values and attitudes to become productive citizens.
