Developed policies and programmes for the enhancement of teaching, research and professional development in the Royal University of Bhutan.

  • Has provided strategic leadership for the launch of M Ed in-service programme in science and Mathematics.
  • Initiated and developed Student Handbook containing general policy and guidelines for students of Samtse College of Education during 2010.
  • Initiated and developed Science Laboratory Management guidebook for schools during 2003.
  • Initiated and led the major revision of Post Graduate Diploma in Education in 2000.
  • Initiated and led the development of Teaching Practice programme guidelines for the two colleges of education during 1995.
  • Initiated and led the development of self-instructional materials for B Ed distance learners.

  • Conducted training programme to M.Ed module tutors on four themes viz. contemporary issues, technology and teaching aids, misconceptions and teaching, learning and assessment with support from Aalborg University, Denmark from 23rd to 27th March 2015.

  • As a member of panel appointed by the Royal University of Bhutan, validated the four year B Sc. Chemistry programme of Sherubtse College (2015).
